Gutgash has a total of 5 different regions within his territory, which each region must have 0 threat for (Silver) Keep Up The Good Work. Chalkies region is located around Gutgash's Stronghold. To reduce threat to 0 in this location, you must destroy/remove this following.
Camps: 4
Scarecrows: 6
Wasteland Snipers: 2
Minefields: 2

Note: these can all be displayed on the map by using the ballon at the Vantage Outpost within the area. Each place contains collectibles/optional objectives (such as: scrap, history relics, project parks, and insigma) that are needed for (Bronze) Explosions Are Not Enough, (Bronze) The Constructionist, (Bronze) Doing Jeet a Big Favor, and (Bronze) A Thousand Words. All locations of each place and collectibles are depicted in the video below.

Collecting all these are also needed for many trophies/achievements, such as:

Keep Up The Good Work: Clear all threat in Gutgash's Territory.
A Thousand Words: Collect all History Relics.
The Constructionist: Build all projects in all strongholds.
Razing Legend: Take down all Scrotus camps.
Up, Up and Away: Fly the balloon at every Vantage Outpost.
Bomb Specialist: Clear all minefields.
No Brainer: Destroy all scarecrows.
Sniper Suppressor: Take out all Scrotus snipers.
Rust is the New Black: Collect all body colors. (taking out a Top Dog Camp rewards 1).
Looked Everywhere: Loot all Scavenging Locations.
Explosions Are Not Enough: Complete all optional objectives in all camps.
