If you want to track the user's availability or to set users capacity per day, you can use the resource utilization chart. Click on the reports in the left navigation panel and then move to the resource utilization chart in the drop-down menu, now you see the chart to define two preconditions before using the chart.
The first precondition is to set the business hours per organization, the business hours will be reflected when you click on the plus button and want to add tasks for users at a particular date. You should then see the business card, amount of work allocated hours, and the free time.
The book allocated hours per day are now set as eight hours but if you want to change the amount of hours per day, you need to go to setup, then move to more portal and configuration section, date and time settings.
Once you’re in the business hours section, you can now define the business hours per organization, and the interval between start and end is calculated by the system.
We define the task list that is available, the owner is automatically assigned because we create the task directly from the user view. And then you can define the start date, check the user allocation based on the date.
We can also define the work hours per day, set work hours per day plus in percentage, and also the total work hours. You can see the amount of tasks based on each project to which the user is added by clicking under the user.
