I started bringing in my houseplants from outside and unknown to me a lovely tree frog had been living in one of the plants (I suspect in the hibiscus tree). It did not take long for my cats to find the new house intruder and begin investigating. They had chased the frog around the house before I noticed their playtime and rescued the hip-pity-hoppity. Mr. Froggy is safely back outside climbing a lilac bush instead of the refrigerator.

And don't worry. The cats did not harm the tree frog. In fact, Eve was skittish of the little critter and staid far away from it while still keeping her eyes on him.
