From the PMS Calendar page, you are now able to change the room of a reservation by moving the whole reservation bar to another room.

You could move a reservation to another room of the same room type OR to a different room type. All you need to do is to just click & move the whole bar of a reservation to the room number as you wish.

Imagine that your guest will be checking in to Superior Room SR309 has requested to change to King Bed Room.

Step 1 : To move the room, you just have to move the whole bar of a reservation to King Bed Room in PMS Calendar page. In this example, I choose to change to KBR004 of King Bed Room.
Step 2 : An Edit Reservation Room Details popup-box will appear.
Step 3 : On this pop-up window, you will be seeing the new room type and room number for this reservation.
Step 4 : Other than that, at the Room Charges section, you may adjust the room charges accordingly.
Step 5 : Once done, just click on the “Save Changes” button, and you have successfully changed the room type and room number for this reservation.

Well, editing for room changing is now made easier for you by just moving the reservation bar in the PMS Calendar :)
