The Remo Powerstroke 77 is a unique beast, featuring two plies of 7-mil film, a 7-mil inlay ring to reduce overtones, and a 5-mil clear center dot for added durability and attack. It's designed for a focused, powerful sound without a ton of unwanted ring.

In this sound check, I'll be taking you through different tunings: Hear how the P77 sounds cranked up high, tuned low for a fat backbeat, and everywhere in between.
