Police taking bribes, People pretending to pull in different directions, possible religious and racial shadow groups pulling the strings (Player included?) seems to be a little off and moving fast from a simple day of ordering from a drive thru, wouldn't anyone think?

There's definitely more at play than meets the eye in the story.
