The counting of votes for the Uttar Pradesh urban body elections and the recently held assembly by-elections is going on from 8 am on Saturday. The results of the municipal elections of Uttar Pradesh are coming. About 35 thousand personnel are counting votes at 353 centers in 75 districts. Voting for the civic body elections was held in two phases on May 4 and May 11. Voting was done through EVMs in Municipal Corporations and ballot papers in Nagar Palika and Nagar Panchayats. Leaders of Congress, BJP and SP have also given their reaction.

उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय निकाय चुनाव और हाल ही में हुए विधानसभा उपचुनाव के लिए वोटों की गिनती शनिवार सुबह 8 बजे से जारी है. उत्तर प्रदेश के नगर निकाय चुनाव के नतीजे आ रहे हैं. 75 जिलों के 353 केंद्रों पर लगभग 35 हजार कर्मी मतों की गणना कर रहे हैं. निकाय चुनाव के लिए दो चरणों में चार मई और 11 मई को मतदान हुआ था. नगर निगमों में ईवीएम और नगर पालिका और नगर पंचायतों में मतपत्रों के जरिए मतदान कराया गया. कांग्रेस, बीजेपी और सपा के नेताओं ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया भी दी है.
