There's dozens of small jobs to be done, but I'm starting with the headline tasks for the dairy conversion. The parlour is going into an existing shed, the slurry tank has to be built from scratch, and the collecting yard is half in place.

Then, there's the cubicle shed, a few "roadways", and of course the heifers themselves. It'll be a busy few months and I'll probably laugh when I look back at this planning video and realise how straightforward I thought it was going to be!
