🌙 A New Feature in My Project “Alone In The Void” | Custom Events Based on Day and Time in Unity ☀️

In this video, I showcase a major update I’ve added to my current Unity project “Alone In The Void” – an advanced day and night cycle system, featuring a brand-new powerful addition: custom events based on day and time!

🔧 What’s New?
A fully dynamic day-night cycle system has been implemented, including weather changes, lighting control, and sky color transitions. But the main highlight is the custom events feature, which allows me to trigger any event or behavior at a specific day and time within the game. Whether I want to trigger a cutscene, change the weather, spawn enemies, or activate a mysterious puzzle – all of that is now possible with precise timing.

Trigger events at specific times on specific days

Easily integrate with quest systems, world changes, or narrative moments

Perfect for building a living, reactive world

🌤️ The system supports dynamic weather, such as:

Clear skies

Low or high clouds

Rain with realistic effects

✨ Not to mention the smooth lighting transitions, sun and moon rotation, and the rotating star-filled sky, all to make the environment more vivid and mysterious.
