LAST MINUTE STRATEGY FOR CLAT PG EXAM | Gold Medalist | NLSIU, Bangalore | Podcast ~ Ep 21

"I admit it can be quite stressful for students to balance exam preparation and college studies. The key is to choose electives which can help you in the CLAT PG syllabus," shared Ms Amulya Anil during our podcast.

With the CLAT PG exam just around the corner, we hosted a special joint podcast featuring two gold medalis who have completed their LL.M from NLSIU, Bangalore.

Ms. Anna Anu Priya, currently working as a Young Professional at the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, GOI. She completed her LL.M. from the NLSIU, in 2022 and secured Rank 27 in her CLAT PG Exam, where she was awarded a Gold Medal for her outstanding academic performance.

Ms. Amulya Anil, Practicing Advocate at the Karnataka High Court. She completed her LLM from NLSIU in 2024, where she was awarded a Gold Medal for Best Dissertation.

They shared their insights and last-minute strategies to help you ace the exam.

1. For conceptual clarity, know your bare acts.
2. Read Judgments thoroughly, especially the constitutional law bench judgments.
3. Solve the Previous year's questions paper and attempt as many full-length mock tests as possible.
4. Don’t rely on too many books and materials, focus on basics and prepare notes for yourself.
5. Read legal editorials from newspapers such as Indian Express, The Hindu, platforms such as SCC blog, Live Law or Bar and Bench.
6. Lastly, take a deep breath and read the questions carefully in case you get anxious.
