Roll out your mat and join me for a 40 Minute Intermediate Pilates full body workout to help you find the joy in moving your body through strong, safe and powerful pilates exercises. This session will ease your mind, whilst energising your body. In MY pilates classes I encourage the connection between mind and body to build a happier, healthier and more fulflling mindset , all of which will help you feel amazing in your own skin. This workout will feature exercises my book which you can find out more about below ⬇️ I may also add a few advanced exercises to show you how to elevate your practice safely.

As this is a live class I will join you afterwards for the Live Chat where you can ask me anything. This is a great opportunity to get tips and tricks to help you with your practice at home.
