Store Automator is a multi-channel management software where you can connect marketplaces, shopping carts, suppliers, warehouses, shipping solutions, ERPs, and everything. All in the same place. Evolving at a rapid pace, Store Automator is one of the most user-friendly and popular third-party software among e-merchants. Like every other management software, to use Store Automator for your business, you have to open a user account first. Then you need to create an inventory or list all of your products in your account and there are two ways to do it. You can either do it in bulk or you can list them manually.

In today's video, we will show you how to create your Inventory on StoreAutomator.

Let me show you the manual process first and then I will show you the bulk listing process on StoreAutomator.

Now follow the below steps:

✅ First login to your store automator account.
✅ Clicks on the “Inventory” tab at the left of the page.
✅ Now click on the “Products”.
✅ Then from the top right of the page click on the “Add Product” button.
✅ A pop-up page will appear. Then, you need to choose what type of product you want to create, a Single product Or a Parent product. As we are creating a single product, we will select "single".
✅ Now you have to fill up all the required information on this product creating page, Like-
Brand Name
Item Name
SKU
Price
etc.
✅ To create SKU - you can provide it either manual or you can select automatic.
✅ Click on the “+Create” button.
✅ Now you have to open this product that you have created now. You can open it either by searching it from the search bar or on the Store Automator product page.
✅ And then Click on the Edit In Inventory option and provide all the information;
Like:
1. Identity
2. Pricing
3. Volume Pricing
4. Quantity
5. Availability
6. Warehouse
7. Shipping
8. Meta
from the general option.

✅ Then you need to provide the appropriate Category, Images, Video, Description, Tags Channels, etc. Also, you can provide Custom Level, other information, etc which you need.
✅ At last, you have to click on the “Save & Close” Button.

Finally, a single product is manually created through Storeautomator.

Now we are showing the “Bulk” listing process.

✅ At first Click on Tools
✅ Then click on Import and then From File. You can see some different types of template files to Create/Update product data information.
✅ Download the Inventory Product Data Import template file. To download it click on the template file name.
✅ Now open the template file and fill it up with all the required information.
✅ Then save this file in CSV format.
✅ Then, return to back Store Automator homepage again and click on the Tools tab, then Import
✅ Then click on From File.
✅ You can either browse or drop your desired file here. It will take a few moments to create your products.
