How to Merge USB Flash Drive Partitions on Windows 10 or 11 (One Partition)

Merging partitions on a USB flash drive in Windows 10 or 11 can be somewhat limited due to the nature of removable drives, but here are several methods to achieve this:

Method 1: Using Disk Management (Data Loss)
This method involves deleting the existing partitions and creating a new one, which results in data loss.

Backup Data: Ensure all data on the USB drive is backed up as this process will erase everything.

Open Disk Management:
Right-click on the Start button and select Disk Management.
Delete Partitions:

Right-click on each partition of the USB drive and select Delete Volume one by one. If some partitions can't be deleted (like EFI partitions), you might need to use another method or tool.

Create a New Partition:
After you've deleted all partitions, you should see the entire drive space as Unallocated. Right-click on this unallocated space and choose New Simple Volume.

Follow the wizard to assign a drive letter and format the new partition as NTFS or FAT32 based on your needs.
