Harris criticised Trump's Supreme Court appointments for undoing Roe v. Wade protections. Harris warned that Trump would go further if re-elected, including signing a national abortion ban. She pledged to restore reproductive freedom if Congress passes a bill.

She highlighted other fundamental freedoms under attack, such as voting rights, safety from gun violence, clean air and water, and the right to love who you choose. Harris urged New Hampshire voters to remember their history of fighting for freedom and to continue that legacy. She stressed that this election is about fighting for something positive.
