In this 25 minute yoga flow we move through some of the most common yoga poses. Expect twists, hip openers, standing and balancing poses, gentle back bends, and shoulder stretches.

Level: basic to intermediate. Requires some existing mobility and strength. Previous yoga experience would be helpful but not essential.

Props required: yoga or exercise mat.

If you choose to try this sequence, please move carefully and mindfully, paying close attention to how your body feels as you move through it. Move only within the limitations of your own body and do not force yourself into poses or movements which are beyond your own range of flexibility, mobility or strength. Should you feel any pain or discomfort at any point during the sequence, please stop immediately and seek medical advice if necessary. If you have an injury, medical condition or disability, seek the advice of a medical professional before undertaking any new form of exercise. This flow is not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have given birth within the last six months.
