Abandoned Toys R Us - Pineville, NC. Enjoy a look around this old toy store that closed its doors in 2018 due to the company filing for bankruptcy. At one point in time, Toys R Us was the go-to store for all toys big and small and for collectors as they typically got exclusives here. Now sadly all these stores such as this one sit empty or have since been repurposed. Though a new buyer vows to bring the company back again after the previous two owners didn't, it is unknown at this time how operations will go for the company a third time.
