For this, I came in at just short of 100 attempts, I think. This map is a pretty neat open world layout, which is fun to play, but it means maxing takes a little strategic routing. The cyberdemon battle at the end probably added about 45 unnecessary seconds because of my skiddish combat (and evidently zero infighting damage), and there are obvious moments where I'm not sure where to go, so even with this route one can go sub-11 I'm sure. Once you're past the battle for the yellow key health is pretty easy to come by, so you can be decently aggressive most of the time.

Honestly the most aggravating part is the arch-viles at the red key; they really like to respawn the hell knights and revenants right away and make it difficult with limited rockets to put them down, creating a nice cramped SSG battle in the switch closet. The outdoor soulsphere secret took a bit of practice, too; falling into the pit in a demo isn't a good look, and it happened most of my attempts, 7 1/2 minutes in. Yuck.

To be honest, I'm sort of looking forward to what others do with this map, since there are a lot of ways to get a max done. However this looked in the original mapset, Cammy delivered a solid final product here.
