全新创作的沈阳城市宣传歌曲《沈水之阳》，作为沈阳市2020年重点文艺精品创作生产扶持项目，由中共沈阳市委宣传部联合沈阳广播电视台、沈阳市音乐家协会、沈阳博洋兄弟传媒有限公司，邀请国内知名音乐人董楠、国际钢琴大师郎朗、沈阳籍艺人赵今麦和霍尊，共同制作。

The newly created city promotional song for Shenyang, "The South of Shen River", was jointly produced by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee, Shenyang Radio and Television Station, Shenyang Musicians Association, and Shenyang Boyang Brothers Media Co., Ltd. as a key literary and artistic quality project supported by Shenyang City in 2020. They invited well-known domestic musician Dong Nan, international piano master Lang Lang, and Shenyang native artists Zhao Jinmai and Huo Zun to participate in the production.
