Mark retains his outfit from Isolation, being almost entirely identical, with only slight changes to it and a color change to fit the theme of Barren. Both the top bandage on his eyes and his suit jacket are tan colored, and the lapels on his jacket are light brown. Both the lower bandage on his eyes and the shirt underneath his jacket are gray. The garments on Mark's shoulder, the neckline of his shirt and the place just above Mark's exposed eye appear to be torn. During his animation, his eyes glow yellow and flash in different patterns. His hair also appears to be more disheveled and fluffed.

Mark's sound is some sort of bass-like guttural vocal.

His current location and status are unknown...
