Wooden Floor Restoration is carried out safely and will extend the life of the flooring before it has to be replaced at a high cost.

This school wooden parquet floor had not received the greatest of care over the last 30 years. Floor polish was routinely added to the surface which built up. All that happened was to cover up the beautiful wood and create a lovely slippery surface.

Over 3 days and 35 hours the flooring was sanded back to virgin wood then we worked through the grits to create a smooth surface. The flooring then had an application of primer to ensure that the lacquer bonded correctly. 3 coats of Berger Seidle Greenstar which is a 2-component, waterborne, premium-class finishing product for hardwood-floors.

The results speak for themselves and the client was extremely happy that they decided to have the wooden flooring professionally sanded and finished.
