➡️ Do you need any treatments ❓

Not really, unless you have any specific skin concern that needs treatment as per your dermatologist recommendation which is usually acne. In case of severe stubborn acne, chemical peel would be suggested. Other than this, one does not have to look at clinical treatments.

➡️ Other important points to remember :

😴Change your pillow cases once in every 2 days if you have acne and dandruff.

🚿Maintain scalp hygiene. Wash your scalp at least twice a week.

🚴🏻If you are involved in outdoor sports and sweat a lot, washing your hair everyday is advisable.

🫧Make sure you use a conditioner after hairwash specially if you have dry hair or if you are on anti dandruff shampoos.
