This is my first time experiencing this kind of cuisine and it did not disappoint! Dr Aris LaTham is the Father of Gourmet Ethical Raw Foods Cuisine and a true master of his craft. "The raw food movement owes much to Dr. Aris LaTham, a native of Panama. He is considered to be the father of gourmet ethical raw foods cuisine in America. Dr. LaTham debuted his raw food creations in 1979, when he started Sunfired Foods, a live food company in Harlem, New York. In the years since, he has trained thousands of raw food chefs and added innumerable recipes to his repertoire."
This feast was a unique one, with 10 year old vintage leaf tonic, raw plantain curry, cauliflower mash, spicy peanut okra, coconut jelly and nori wraps, raw linseed crackers, papaya paradise pie, and a few more that I missed because I was too busy chatting!
