I had a potential client on our Tesla model three that they wanted to trade in their Mercedes a 220 but unfortunately, they were super upside down and had a high interest payment and not the best credit. I have a feeling that the person that was calling for their friend was the actual person, but you can never know nowadays. Negative equity is definitely starting to build up more and more in the car market and maybe the downfall of many car sales because people can’t get out of their vehicle situation.
