The Nairobi Serena is a 5* hotel in every way, along with the Norfolk, it is without doubt one of the best hotels in E.Africa. Food & Service are excellent, and the eastern/African decore is themed through out.The staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are of a high standard, even the standard rooms. We have stayed here many times and highly reccommend it. 9/10
