Shubhi Gakhar - a photographer and art director based out of Ahmedabad is known far & wide for her conceptualisation & execution. Working with different genres of photography and cinematography is her forte. Her understanding of lights, shadows, colours, angles, depth & attention to detail never misses to express the gravity of emotions & intentions of the shoot accurately. She specialises in fashion, creative products & lifestyle photography. She owns a photography studio & works alongside her team to partner with brands from around the world in various industries.

Photography not only captures moments & is a storage unit of memories that have the ability to evoke strong feelings but it also translates a story in a single picture or video. Spectacular results are created when an unsaid understanding between the photographer & the protagonists or the muses of the shoot is in sync.

In this interview, she talks about her process for working with light, creating concepts, post-production the technical aspects of photography and finding perspective as a photographer.
