Recreational Cooking at the Institute of Culinary Education

The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City is home to the largest program of hands-on recreational cooking, baking and wine classes in the world.

More than 26,000 people visit ICE each year to learn culinary techniques and experience flavors from every corner of the world. With fourteen state-of-the-art kitchens, ICE is able to provide recreational cooking classes both day and night, 355 days a year.
