Walking Flooded Rice Fields with Light Rain in Mountain Village | Tanakama, Japan 4K

Tanakama is a small farming village in the mountains of Central Hyogo. At this time, in early May, the fields have begun to be flooded and filled with rows of small rice seedlings, and I thought it would be nice to enjoy the rural atmosphere while walking through the village.

We start on the lower side of the village with water flowing through narrow irrigation canals, and walk our way up through the traditional wooden houses. There is an alert dog who makes his presence known for a few minutes at the beginning of the walk, but he eventually tires and we are left with the sounds of flowing water, birds, rooster crows, and finally a bit of rain. It is a relaxing walk in a beautiful natural environment , I hope you enjoy it.
