Great accessory for KitchenAid
We were looking for a good Parmesan cheese grinder. The Hamilton Beach food processor disk had large holes and the shredded cheese was coarse and unable to adjust the speed. Was worried about using traditional grater and loosing my knuckles.
Got the shredder attachment this morning (free overnight delivery) and used it to shred Costco Parmesan cheese block. The disk with smaller holes worked like magic. Also with KitchenAid was able to select a speed (medium) for the best results.
The construction of the attachment is solid and hand cleaning just took a minute. Great product. Opted for KitchenAid rather than cheaper look-alike accessory. Well worth it.
