Ukraine-recruited assassins were offered $100k & passports to kill nuke general, Russia claims

RUSSIA has claimed the two suspects in the killing of the Russian nuke general were recruited by Ukraine and were offered $100,000 to carry out the assassination plot.

General Igor Kirillov, 54, was killed after a bomb planted in an electric scooter blew up outside his Moscow apartment.
