Miriam is one of the great character actors of our time.
She has turned in many memorable performances, from the Age of Innocence to Romeo and Juliet to the Harry Potter movies.

Miriam recently turned 80, and used her time in Covid lockdown to write her life story.
During her extraordinary career as a performer, along the way, she posed nude for Augustus John, declared her undying love to Vanessa Redgrave, and was shooshed by the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
