I start with finding a Dynamax Golbat and taking it out quickly
and heading to the SE corner of the map at Giant's Bed to start, "The Terrible Tians... Lurking Locked Away!"

Of course these are Regis, and of course puzzles are back.
The one at Giant's Bed requires a Pokémon holding an Everstone.
I don't think you have to step on the eyes in a certain order, just light them all up.
The first one is Regirock. It will most likely try to set up with Curse to bolster its already good defence stat so a couple of special attacks anad paralysis then chuck balls at it.

Next up fly to Snowslide Slope and head up via the side path.
The clue is to walk with a living crystal of snow, which is Cryognal, so put that in the lead slot to open the door then make readjustments.
Light the eyes and challenge Regice.
Manectric was a pretty solid lead here, rendering its electric move useless, reducing its special attack somewhat and paralysing it. Metagross could tank its Ice STAB whilst I chucked balls at it.

The third Temple is easy enough to find. Head W from the entrance to Giant's Bed and you'll find it quick enough.
The piercing note is to whistle. I tried the bell on the bike at first which made more sense to be honest, but I guess a whistle works too.
Head inside and solve the puzzle for Registeel.

Manectric is even better here. Resisting Heavy Slam and Flash Cannon and absorbing Charge Beam. It took a few more Balls than the other 2, but thankfully not as long as Galarian Moltres in the last part.

With the Regi trio captured there is a fourth Regi to capture, and it's not Regigigas, it's a choice for you between two new Regis, Regieleki or Regidrago. IT's a bit out of the way, past the Frigid Sea through the cave by the river and then at Three-Point Pass. Outside you'll see a pair of symbols, an X shaped one and a Y shaped one (kind of). The X shaped one is for Regieleki, and the Y is for Regidrago. You'll need the three Regis in your party to open the door, but can immediately swap back if you wish.

I didn't plan on using either of them, so Regieleki made more sense because of Manectric's ability to absorb Electric attacks. Use wise Regieleki is very predictable because it doesn't have much coverage, just its Electric STAB and its pretty frail. Regidrago can at least learn Thunder Fang/Fire Fang/Hammer Arm and use Dragon Dance to set up.
Regieleki can't be paralysed, unfortunately but a couple of Snarls does weaken it. It has Extreme Speed to do chip damage which you can heal off.
I eventually catch it, again not as long as Galarian Moltres, thankfully.

At this point I swap Urshifu for Hydreigon so I have a balance of special attackers and physical attackers, as well as a Dragon back in the team.

Head back to Peony and Peonia will appear after you report catching the Regis. She disappears again and you're given an End Screen with a post game Legend to complete, which will be the next part.
