This is something I have always wanted todo and have never found the time. Well that changed this year when I was able to properly dry an entire deer hide from this years deer hunting season.

A month or so later I am now dyeing the deer hair from the hide for the application of fly tying. Mainly for Atlantic Salmon and Striped Bass.

I am by no means an expert but I had fun learning this process and was pretty stoked to share with all of you !
