Insanely juicy rib-eye waterfall salad with Gozney ambassador John Chantarasak @englishhippy cooked in Dome. 

Fresh out of his new cookbook, Kin Thai, this dish is usually referred to as ‘nam tok’ in Thailand, which translates to ‘waterfall’ and receives its whimsical name from meat juices dripping and falling onto hot coals as the meat cooks.
