If you need to get off to work first thing in the morning, simply pack it with you in to go containers and your set! Green Love Recipe
2 big dino Kale leafs
4 apple banana or 2-3 frozen normal banana
1 cup ice for texture and refreshment
1 medium peeled and seeded cucumber
1 cup organic almond milk
1 splash of love :)
blend all together and voila!

Alkalizing Elixir - Rinse your inside and curbs sugar cravings with:
1 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinager
1 squeezed Lemon (1+Tbsp)
1 Litre Water
1 Tbsp Organic Black Strap Molasses
