How Do You Mix Payne's Grey Or Neutral Tint?

It's Monday and time to mix up some watercolors. If you don't have a neutral tint or Payne's Grey on your palette, you can mix your own and chances are you already have the colors you will need. Let's take a look at a few ways you can mix this color for yourself from other pigments you probably have on your palette.
