Atari Lynx consoles have a habit of failing to turn on. This is a common problem which can be solved by replacing the power stage. It will also resolve any issues of incorrect generation of 5v voltages in case you are planning to install any screen mods or similar. If your Atari Lynx 2 is not switching on, then this will most likely resolve the issue.
