Adventure motorcycle 2-day ride. Bank Peninsula Volcanos ride to Akaroa and into the bays of this very interesting part of the South Island of New Zealand.

3 million years ago this was an island created by two large volcanos. The erosion of the southern Alps joined it to the mainland. It was covered in bush and then arrival of first the Māori then the sealers and whalers. Fancied by the French as a colony but to be taken off them by the signing of the treaty of Waitangi by the British. Explore this on two wheels with me.
