Take an hour to refresh with some art therapy. We'll be exploring the Zentangle® Method of patterned drawing for beginners. This is an easy-to-learn way to begin doodling in your free time to help you relax and create something beautiful.

So, if you've heard of Zentangling and want a more formal introduction OR if you've NEVER heard of it and are looking for an easy video to guide you through the steps to start drawing, you're in the right place.

If you can write “i c s o,” you already have all the skills needed to begin. In this video we'll be weaving a series of patterns (tangles) together into a beautiful tile.

Items you will need:
-A pen of your choosing (Micron PN, Felt, or plastic nib pens)

-A white Zentangle Tile (OR a piece paper, like cardstock, works great.)

-Pencil (soft graphite for blending is wonderful)

-Tortillion (For shading the graphite from the pencil. You can use your finger or a cotton swab.)
