Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,518 that's up from last week by plus 31. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week were 198 that's plus 39 this week over last week. Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 375 thats plus 6 from last week, a total of 30 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus 10 week over week.
