OUT OUT 14 is the first step into MLC LIVE.

MLC (Mid Life Creative) is a purpose-driven creative studio blending dance music, storytelling, and emerging tech to reframe the midlife crisis into something more useful — reinvention, connection, and better mental wellbeing.

At its core, MLC is about reframing midlife in real time.
Not denying the change — but using creativity, culture, and music to move through it.
This project is primarily for people who grew up with dance music front and centre.
People now juggling work, family, mental load, ageing bodies — but who still know that a dancefloor can reset everything and fill the cup back up to go again.

Dance music isn’t just nostalgia here.
It’s a tool.
A connector.
A reminder that joy, movement, and community still matter — especially at this stage of life.

Alongside Mid Life Creative sits Mid Life Cru (Again reframing the “C” from Crisis).
A future non-profit initiative focused on harnessing the feeling music can give you — and directing any following toward guidance and support around midlife mental health.

Together, they form two sides of the same idea:
midlife isn’t the end of the night — it’s the start of a new chapter.

A YouTube-led live content format

Dance music as the connection that continues to bind midlife clubbers together

This episode is built around the feeling Folamour captures so well:
Joy, Togetherness, Warmth Movement as medicine.
It’s also the first OUT OUT release to move beyond Reels and Shorts into longer-form live video — introducing the wider MLC ecosystem, existing projects, and what’s coming next.

MLC LIVE will grow into longer-form shows, live DJ moments, community-led projects, and formats like EUPHORAWARDS — a celebration of dance music’s golden eras, told with storytelling, visuals, and authenticity.
