To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Successful completion of a background check.
2. Passing a multiple-choice state licensing exam.
3. Possessing at least 1+ year of previous marketing experience.
4. Having a basic understanding of retirement concepts such as 401k, Pensions, etc.
5. Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Your responsibilities in this role will involve attending 3 to 5 training sessions per week, which will significantly enhance your knowledge and skills. Furthermore, you will be engaged in conducting monthly, weekly, and quarterly maintenance meetings with clients, agents, and the leadership team. Additionally, you will play a vital role in booking and conducting appointments with clients.

In this position, you will also receive education on various subjects, including Retirement, Investing, Life Insurance, Legacy Protection, College Planning, Taxes, and more.

For your reference, according to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (as of my last update in May 2022), median income for Personal Financial Planners in the United States was $95,390 annually.
