Easy Apple Cake Recipe

This homemade apple cake is a cozy, decadent treat. I hope you give this recipe a try this fall and savor the sweetness of the season.

👩🏻‍🍳 APPLE CAKE

APPLE TOPPING
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ of a lemon

CAKE
7 tablespoons butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup milk

Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
