But here’s what no one told me:It wasn’t me. It was the way I was taught to get my ex’s attention, love and respect towards me as I should have earned it instead of receiving it with grace.
When I finally changed my approach to Raising my self worth and working on the self limiting beliefs around love that is when  everything shifted.
