Compensation benefits include but not limited to:
E-7 grade in IDA Pay Scale (₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000)
INR ~38,00,000 Avg. Annual CTC (appx.)
PRP* as per extant guidelines – up to 70% of basic pay
Pay protection as per extant GOI guidelines
