Hi everyone,

We visited the Ramadan Market in Antalya's Gençlik neighbourhood which is part of Muratpaşa. Throughout the month of Ramadan you'll find here a nice specialty bazaar where you can buy lots of food from the different cities and provinces of Turkey (e.g. cheese from Kars, sweets from Ordu, olives from Bursa, etc.) but also handmade jewelry, parfum, and clothes - among other things. As you walk along you can try the food at the different stands and there is also a little restaurant area (as well as a tea place) at the end of the market where you can sit down and eat kebab, künefe and other dishes.
Every evening there is a concert or another show taking place during Ramadan, the program is printed inside and outside on the gate through which you enter the bazaar.
If you would like to visit, the main entrance to the market is located on Işıklar Cd. (right next to the Antalyaspor Shop) and it takes place at Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi Millet Bahçesi/Park which is located between 1308 Sk. and Fevzi Çakmak Cd.
