Stanford Health Care’s February 2021 New Grad RN Program is just around the corner and we want to provide you with a few tips to help you prepare for the application submission process.

Applicant Timeline / Next Steps:

1) Online applications will be accepted from Monday, October 19, 2020 until 11:59 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020.

2) Two letters of recommendation from nursing school faculty who supervised your clinical rotations

3) Clear and concise resume-showcasing clinical hours, volunteer and community work, additional training, and certifications

4) Cover letter is required

Stanford’s Interview Process:

1) Candidates selected for interviews will be contacted from December 7, 2020 through January 13, 2021.

2) Panel Interviews will take place from January 14, 2021 through January 22, 2021
a) Interview Part I – Group Panel Interviews
b) Interview Part II – Unit Interviews (if selected after the 1st interview)
c) Final hiring decisions will be made by 11:59pm on Friday, January 22, 2021.
