In the video, I'll only visit only 1 of the Tallneck locations because all of them are going to be marked on your map with a blue Tallneck icon. Horizon Zero Dawn's Tallnecks are amongst the largest and most majestic beings in the game you'll encounter and they are also unkillable. No matter what weapon or tactic you try against them it won't work as they are immune to all kinds of damage. They reveal the map and also grant you a skill point after you override them.

In the video, I show an example of how to climb a Tallneck and how to override Tallnecks. In order to do so, you have to carefully climb up to their head and after you are finished you have to rappel down back to the land. Be careful not to jump down as the fall could kill you.

You should have all the Tallneck locations marked on your map as blue icons which is why I didn't cover every location manually. If you override all 5 tallnecks, you will achieve an overridden trophy award.
