While getting ready I thought to myself “oh crap, I need to eat something!” The trusty avocado you see here was such an easy…and healthy choice.

The Benefits:

The potent antioxidant content in avocado helps neutralize free radicals that are important for fighting early aging. The Vitamin E content helps to keep your skin plump and youthful.

The oil extracted is widely used in preparation of beauty products. These include creams, cleansers and moisturizers to prevent the ageing effect of dehydration; bath oils, shampoos, scalp conditioner and hair tonic.

The high potassium and folate content in avocado helps to regulate blood pressure, protecting your body against circulatory diseases like, heart problems and stroke.
