When we do a kickoff, I will typically go there and meet with the entire team and work with them and do this big knowledge transfer straight off the bat. Here's not only what we're doing and what we want you to do, but here's why. Here's everything that's around it because these people are smart just as you know, people, it's like I hire folks but these offshore teams that hire great developers and product managers and UI people. It doesn't matter where in the world they are. They're still smart. They're still capable of doing a lot but they have to understand it and there's so much that is contextual when you don't work for the company directly, that's solving the problem that it's just better if you're given that background. And so I found that that is a critical success factor.
