HOW TO REMOVE/DELETE EMPLOYEES
This guide explains how to move a former employee to archive or delete an employee.

Only delete an employee who was added to your portal in error, and archive employees who previously worked for your institution.

PREREQUISITE
You must have HR Control privilege

STEPS
1. Click on the “Employees” option from the main menu to open the “Employees Search/List” page.
2. Use the Search/Filter Form at the top of the page to search for the employee you wish to delete/archive.
3. After finding the employee you wish to delete/archive, click on the employee name to open the employee profile page.
4. In the top right corner of the employee profile page, you’ll find an Options dropdown button, click on it and select move to archive or delete employee option from the list.

5. TO ARCHIVE EMPLOYEE
5.1 Click on the move to archive option, a pop-up form appears with a field last day in batch, and the reason for archiving the employee.
5.2 Fill in the required details, and click on the move to archive button.

6. TO DELETE EMPLOYEE
6.1 Click on delete employee option a confirmation pop-up shows with a warning and a delete record button. Click on the button to permanently delete the employee.
